Booking your transfer
Details to be included in your booking
Total passengers- please, try to include infants and children in the total number of passengers in your group, for example.: if three adults, one child and a baby are traveling together you will have to book a private transfer vehicle for up to 5 people.
Accommodation address- in any holiday destination there may be more than one hotel, apartment complex, cottage or villa with the same name so we need the complete address including postcode to avoid confusion.
Phone number - this is very useful if we have to get in touch with you during your trip or during your stay.
Confirmation of Booking:
When you confirm your reservation, your booking reference will appear on the screen with the option to print it before you leave our website. You will automatically receive an email confirmation. In that same confirmation email you will receive details and instructions of what to do when you arrive in Palma de Mallorca and how to reconfirm your return transfer.
It is imperative that your booking confirmation is at hand during transportation. You must show it to the driver or representative before boarding the transport. We advise to print two copies - in some destinations the drivers will need to keep a copy of the confirmation as proof of passage and for legal reasons.
Changes to your booking & cancellations
To change any of your booking details, such as flight number, time, name or accommodation address as well as mobile number, please inform us with an email sent directly from the Contact form or call the information number.
You can cancel a reservation online up to 5 days before departure date through the CONTACT form On the other hand, cancellation on our website over the last 5 days prior to your departure date will not be possible.
Your Transfer
Upon arrival, once you have collected your luggage and passed through security please proceed to the meeting point indicated on your reservation instructions. In some airports we have a counter, in others you will see your driver or other representative with a LowCost Mallorca sign. You must show the driver or representative your reservation confirmation before boarding the transport.
If you can't find your driver or representative, please call the emergency number listed on your booking confirmation.
Transfers with Mallorca LowCost are non smoking.
Fight cancellations
Mallorca-LowCost regrets it can't be responsible for any additional costs incurred due to flight delays or missed connection and travel as a result of poor weather, road conditions or other major forces.
