• Total number of passengers, including babies and children: three adults, a child and a baby make 5 seats.
• Full address of your accommodation: there may be several hotels, apartments or villas with the same name in the same area.
• Flight number, if the pick-up is at the airport.
• A contact mobile number, in case we need to reach you during your trip.

Online bookings need at least 12 hours’ notice before the time of the transfer. If you pick an earlier time, the search tells you and shows the first available departure.

For groups, weddings and events, the sooner the better: in spring and summer the cycling season, weddings and big sports events all overlap. If you need a transfer with less than 12 hours’ notice, write to us and we’ll see if it’s possible.

Yes, in the same booking. If both trips are on the same day, the return must be at least 8 hours after the outward trip; for trips closer together, write to us or book the minibus by the hour.

When you finish booking you’ll see your reference on screen and receive a confirmation email with all the details and instructions for the day of the transfer and for your return.

Keep the confirmation with you, on your phone or printed: you’ll need to show it to the driver before getting in.

Spanish passenger transport regulations require the person who books the service to appear on the vehicle’s route sheet, a document the carrier must keep available for the Transport Inspectorate.

We only need the lead booker’s document, not everyone’s. Any valid official document works: Spanish DNI or NIE, passport, residence card or your country’s ID card. We use it only to meet this legal requirement, in line with our privacy policy.

By destination and number of people, in bands: up to 8, up to 12, up to 16 or up to 20. You don’t pay per head: it’s one price for the whole group, and you see it fixed before you book. You’ll find every destination with its price in the price list.

You pay nothing when you book online: payment is made to the driver on the day of the service. The amount is the one shown in your confirmation.

No. The price you see when booking is the final price, luggage included, with no night or public holiday surcharges. Only the extras you choose are added, and you see them in the summary before confirming.

Yes, and they’re free. Request them in the extras section when you book, saying how many you need.

Yes. We have bike trailers and room for bike boxes, golf bags and sports gear. Let us know when you book so we can prepare the right vehicle. More information in bike transfers.

No. We do transfers to and from Palma Airport, but also between any two points in Mallorca: hotels, ports, country estates, golf courses, race starts or excursions around the island.

Online you can book for groups of up to 20 people, and our minibuses take up to 22. If there are more of you, write to us and we’ll put together a proposal.

Yes. For weddings, events or excursions we organise several pick-ups and returns, or you can book the minibus with driver by the hour. See the hourly rates.

Write to us using the contact form or on WhatsApp with your dates, number of people, pick-ups and destinations, and whether you’re bringing bikes or gear. We’ll reply with a fixed price. More details in group transfers.

Once you’ve collected your luggage and come out into arrivals, go to the meeting point shown in your booking instructions. Your driver will be waiting there with a Mallorca Low Cost sign.

If you can’t find them, call the emergency number in your confirmation.

If your flight is delayed, don’t worry: we track it and your driver waits for you.

If it’s cancelled or moved to another day, let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule. We can’t cover extra costs caused by delays, missed connections, bad weather, road conditions or other force majeure.

At Palma Airport, the port, your hotel or anywhere in Mallorca you need. We drop you at the door of your destination.

No. All our transfers are non-smoking.
